Once they have reached the right ripeness point, the Aloe arborescens leaves are thoroughly cut one by one.

The leaves are examined with a microscope for checking their total plate count.

Manual washing
The leaves are manually washed in order not to damage their active principles. In this way every single component of the precious Aloe arborscens juice is preserved.

Manual cut of the entire leaf
Generally, Aloe juice producers whirr the entire leaves and afterwards they filter the juice for separating the peel from Aloe gel. ZUCCARI avoid this impoverishing process and use a manual cut of the leaves: this allows to take out just the precious Aloe gel and to keep entire the active principles.
